Absolutely brilliant staff, friendly, helpful and so very kind. My family was treated to a super boat trip on The Liana today with Captain Ron, as we were the only ones this morning they were so kind to move our departure time. My 3yr old Grandson thought it was fantastic and even got to steer. Everything was very safe, life jackets etc ( so happy parents). The information given by Ron was really interesting and a great intro to The Broads. Ron and his colleague are a credit to the NBA and we really loved our trip. A beautiful location, not to be missed. Thankyou.

Beautiful walk through forest, reeds and by the river. Staff were knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Appreciated being able to borrow binoculars. Great trip for the little ones too, we enjoyed the den building site.

Took a boat trip with them for an hour, the skipper told us so much info and it was a great way to see the broads and learn about the local area.

A lovely shop which us much bigger than you expect, it not only offers gufts ut aksi offers food and wines, ideal if you are on the water and have forgotten something, ir a picnic too up. Upstairs there is a gallery, who would have thought there was so much here? And there is s coffee shop!

Nice little shop selling all sorts of small items such as memento's as well as maps and the like. The lady who ran it while we were there was super helpful regarding local walks.

We stopped at Ranworth in our picnic boat, the volunteers running the mooring and tourist information shop couldn't have been more helpful, helping us to moor, they were certainly busy but with a smile and welcoming personality we had a lovely afternoon here.
